State financial support for the University of Washington has declined by 55% over the past five years, causing a 37.4% increase in tuition in the past two years alone. Students are facing higher tuition, cuts to financial aid, the elimination of programs and larger class sizes with fewer TAs. It is time for legislators to take a balanced approach and find new sources of revenue for higher education. BARK against budget cuts!

By purchasing a Husky Pride Fund t-shirt or tank-top. you are directly helping your fellow students. The Husky Pride Fund is a scholarship fund that helps support students in emergency situations. $5 from the sale of each t-shirt and tank-top goes towards the scholarship. All undergraduate and grad students at any UW campus are eligible to receive support from the fund. It is the only scholarship fully supported by students for students.
The Associated Students of the University of Washington (ASUW) is the student government at the University of Washington. ASUW's main objective is to serve the students and meet their diverse array of needs. Representing student's concerns and diverse ideas, this group of leaders works towards advancing student.

We host an atmosphere where students can communicate and participate in the campus community and the greater Seattle community around us.
