A great way to get involved with the ASUW is to apply for a position on one of the many ASUW committees. We now have the list of volunteer opportunities up and are accepting applications for the 2007-2008 academic year. You can see the opportunities available and fill out an application. We are also again accepting applications for ASUW Commuter Senator. If you are interested in becoming a Commuter Senator please apply now!
Other ways to make a difference:
- Register as an ASUW member! (You can do this when registering for classes)
- Apply to Work for the ASUW!
- Register to vote!
- Join a commission or committee
- Join the ASUW Senate!
- Go to an ASUW Arts & Entertainment concert or movie
- Stop by the Bike Shop to fix a flat
- Post housing needs in the Student Housing Affairs office
- Take an Experimental College class
- Listen to Rainy Dawg Radio
- Look for inexpensive used textbooks at the Textbook Exchange Board in the HUB
- Join CORE (Committee Organizing Rape Education)
- Become a UW Leader
